Dashboard

Overview across manual entries and any imported CSV orders.

Orders

Upload your daily orders spreadsheet (Customer, SKU, Quantity, Delivery Date, Packer). New rows are appended automatically — duplicates are skipped. All orders persist across reloads.

Upload Orders Spreadsheet

Orders loaded from storage. Upload a file to add more.

Expected columns: Customer, SKU, Quantity, Delivery Date — nothing else. CSV or Excel both work. A file with a Packer or Status column is rejected; assign those from the Packing tab instead. New rows are added automatically. If a delivery date already has orders on record and the file's data for it looks different (not just an exact re-upload), you'll be asked whether to add the new rows alongside the existing ones or delete and replace them for that date — everything else in the file imports without interruption.

Purchase Order Management

Create purchase orders for your suppliers, then receive them as they arrive.

New Purchase Order

Market Purchase? A purchase order goes to the supplier first and is received when it arrives.

One supplier per purchase order. Price is optional — kilograms are weighed at Receiving, and the price sets the cost when the line is received.

Pick a cool room, walk the floor, and log what's where — location, product, and a quantity, then Add. Each entry saves immediately. Once you're done, submit the day's count to lock it (admins can still edit after that).

Pricing

Each product has a base price per base unit (KG or Each); its SKUs follow it through a conversion (1 Carton = 18 KG), or carry a price of their own. Every price has a start date and an end date: a new price closes the previous one the day before, and the latest runs to 31/12/2199.

Import SKU prices from a file

Imported prices are typed SKU prices: a SKU that was following its product's base price stops following.
